I coordinate a local live group called North Texas Speculative Fiction Workshop (www.ntsfw.com). We meet every 2nd Saturday at the Hurst Barnes & Noble Bookstore, 6pm – 10pm. Meetings are free and open to all spec fic writers who write to publish. We have a private Google Group where we chat and upload files.
Monday afternoons, many of us go to iCafe in Arlington near UTA to write from 1pm to 7pm. It has great Japenese food. Wifi, lots of plugs and tables.

Pat, I am interested in attending a meeting in Hurst. It may be April or May since my weekends are booked heavily early this year.
