  FYI I have studied the Samurai arts for many years. If you have questions about practical swordsmanship I can probably give a reasonably informed answer. On history, Japanese culture and the like, I’m not the right person but might be able to point you in the right direction. Please note that most modern Japanese citizens know as little about actual Samurai combat (and even vocabulary) as the average American does. Which is to say not at all.
