Accountability Group for a slow writer
I have this wonderful habit of getting excited about a project and then losing motivation and nothing gets finished. So it might be obvious that I definitely need an accountability group to keep me motivated and writing. Unfortunately, I go to college full-time (3.8 GPA minimum), work part-time, and have a part-time internship all while working with depression and ADHD. That being said, my writing goal is a very small 100 words to a page per week. This will go up once I graduate in May, but I need to be forced into the habit of writing before then (I had lost the drive to write for several years and I’m just now getting back into the swing of things). If you are okay with my pitiful writing goal, I would love to start or join an accountability group. My ultimate goal is to have a finished YA fantasy novel by the time I get my bachelor’s degree in two years.

That’s a good goal! Let’s start an accountability group and get some writers here to join.

Awesome! I might also post something on Facebook to draw a couple more writers in. Should we make a small Facebook group to keep each other on top of our goals?
