If you are looking for like-minded writers to work with, this is where you can post asking for people who might be interested. Let them know who you are, what you write: genre, lengths, experience, and style. And what you expect in a group you are in. How often you want to meet. What you want to accomplish each time. How you will meet. Zoom? Discord? Facebook? etc. And decide on the size of your core group. Most people like 3 or 4 CORE people, but understand, sometimes you have to start with a few more than that because a few will have to bow out due to life constraints. With a little time, your group will settle down to your core people and you will become a close group of writer friends whom you can trust and whom they can trust in return.
